# Users cannot log out

 * When at the login page, logged-in users see a message “you are logged in as (
   username). Log out »”
 * The “Log out »” part of the message is a link to
   [https://MYSITE.COM/wp-login.php?action=logout&redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2FMYSITE.COM%2Flog-in%2F&_wpnonce=ff6f82f95c](https://MYSITE.COM/wp-login.php?action=logout&redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2FMYSITE.COM%2Flog-in%2F&_wpnonce=ff6f82f95c)
 * (don’t bother clicking, I modified the site name for privacy reasons)
 * This link does NOT work. The user just gets redirected back to the same page 
   he was on and he is still logged in.

    1. ​Could you please go to your site’s Dashboard -> Plugins -> Installed Plugins-
       > and send a full screenshot with everything you have installed related to Profile
       Builder (make sure the plugin **version **can be seen)?
    2. ​Could you please go to your site’s Dashboard -> Pages -> click on the page 
       where you have the Login form -> and send a full screenshot of exactly how the
       Login form was added to that page?
    3. Could you please go to your site’s Dashboard -> Profile Builder -> Settings -
       > Private Website -> and send a screenshot from there (please make sure all 
       the settings from that page can be seen)?
