User’s cannot upload profile pictures

    Hi, all users (including admins) are currently getting this error when trying to update their profile pictures.

    I have tried reseting the “Upload” tab to default settings, deactivating and re-activating the plugin and removing the current default profile picture. The error code can be seen in the picture below and here:
