   to create post. How can i do that?

 * There are a few different plugins that will allow your users to post on your 
   website. Two that I have seen used are:
 * [http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/ucan-post/](http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/ucan-post/)
   
   [http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/tdo-mini-forms/](http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/tdo-mini-forms/)
 * Take a look at those and see if they have the functionality that you are looking
   for, they both allow visitors to post on your WordPress without having access
   to your Dashboard.
