 * I’m using the UserWP plugin and am having trouble getting this shortcode to act
   properly. [uwp_profile]. Instead of displaying the user profile, it redirects
   all users to the site’s blog page. What could be the reason the dynamic part 
   of the url is acting this way?

 * sorry you are seeing that odd behavior.
 * Have you tried changing the profile page – delete the page and then make a new
   one. Set the new one in the settings, perhaps with a different permalink?
