 * I have been testing the builder widgets on the website I maintain (falaise.ca).
   I can use the Widget Area block to create a widget area on an existing page.
 * I would like to be able to use the widgets on my localhost system so I can test
   things before deployment. However, when I insert a widget area block and hit “
   Customizer View” I get a message saying that URL /wp-admin/customize.php was
   not found. I’m using wamp64 and the file structure is www/falaise/wp-admin/customize.
   php.
 * It would seem that the widget area block is not aware of the “falaise” subfolder.
 * I have not encountered any similar problems when developing on localhost.

 * Hi [@carlkross](https://wordpress.org/support/users/carlkross/),
 * Interesting. Is this issue still occurring when using the most recent plugin
   version?
 * I haven’t personally encountered this issue on my localhost. Unfortunately, it’s
   a difficult issue to test for. Personally, I use [DesktopServer](https://serverpress.com/)
   for my local testing environment, and haven’t had any issues with the Widget
   Area block.
 * As a workaround in the meantime, you could either use the Organic Custom page
   template provided by the plugin, or just enter the Customizer using _Appearance
   > Customize_ after adding your Widget Area block.
 * Thanks!

 * Thanks for your response.
 * I have updated the plugin but the result is the same.
 * I knew about Appearance > Customize but superficially it seemed to get me to
   a different place than the Customizer View button.
 * Given your recommendation, I have tried again and realize I have to navigate
   to the page where the widget block has been inserted. (This seems to be handled
   automatically by the Customizer View button).
 * This seems to be an acceptable workaround.
 * Thanks!

 * Hi [@carlkross](https://wordpress.org/support/users/carlkross/),
 * No problem. Glad to hear that workaround will work in the meantime. 🙂
 * Thanks!
