# Using Cloudflare

 * Hi,
 * I’ve been using Really Simple SSL plugin for months and I do see the grey lock
   on the pages I’ve manually checked. However, I recently started with Cloudflare
   and when I run a diagnostic with them they say that my site ‘has mixed content
   errors. ‘
 * How can I fix this?

 * Hi Laura,
 * mixed content is usually caused by caching. Could you try to clear all caches
   the website uses (including the Cloudflare cache) to see if that resolves the
   issue? If clearing the cache didn’t help, you can find out what is causing the

   If you can provide me with your site address I can likely provide you more information

 * Thanks, Mark! I did clear all the caches but I still get that diagnostic. It’s
