# Using CSS to remove header

 * Hello everyone,
    I’m wanting to make my WordPress website globally remove the
   header to make my own custom one. Is there any CSS i could use to do this with
   my theme?

 * Just create the new [child theme](https://codex.wordpress.org/Child_Themes) if
   not created yet and copy the header.php file and past it in the child theme and
   customize it according to your requirements.
