 * I am using CTA with a multisite where I create any new sites off of a site template
   which includes a CTA box on the main page of the new site. My issue is that I
   currently have to hard code in the Destination Link in the CTA plugin for a call
   to action. As the plugin currently works, this means for each new site that is
   created I have to manually go into the plugin and change the Destination Link.
 * Is there a way to hook into the value that is saved as the destination link and
   modify it so I can dynamically build the link based upon the site name?
 * I looked through the hooks in the plugin and couldn’t make enough sense of it
   to figure out if a hook existed for this purpose.
 * If there isn’t a hook, can you point me to where I would modify the plugin code
   to accomplish what I’m trying to do?
 * Thanks in advance.
