 * I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
 * Are you talking about the following “User Submitted Posts” plugin?
 * If yes then you can allow posting from the sidebar by adding the shortcode provided
   by “User Submitted Posts” plugin in the text widget and add that text widget 
   in the custom sidebar.
 * If the shortcode doesn’t execute in the widget then you will have to use the 
   solution posted in the following article.
