Using custom taxonomy in events listing

I need a little help using my own custom taxonomy together with EVENTS like EM_TAXONOMY_CATEGORY and EM_TAXONOMY_TAG.

For example, using WP FullCalendar I need to make selection by different custom taxonomy via EM_Events::get.

Any help or workaround is appreciated!
