Using cwebp on Shared Hosting

    I am trying to get the cwebp image processing program to work on Namecheap. I am getting this error:

    *Output:* 
nice: /home/tidaciyw/public_html/wp-content/plugins/webp-express/vendor/rosell-dk/webp-convert/src/Convert/Converters/Binaries/cwebp-120-linux-x86-64: Permission denied

    Any tips on getting this to work? I have command line access.
