 * i created an “editor” backend user to upload the cars but CarDealer plugin is
   not visible in the backend menu: how can i fix it?

 * This plugin was build to Car Dealer Business, not to Ad business.
    We told it
   at plugin page: _Really built for Car Dealer business not for Car Classified 
   Websites_
 * Then, only the administrator can access the plugin back end.
