# using for a request form

 * I would like for our Literature request form to have a way to list out the items
   available to order (as they currently are) but instead of the checkbox, have 
   a field next to each listed item where they can type the qty they wish to order(
   a numbers or text field). Is that doable with this form?

 * Sorry for the delay in our reply. You can certainly set the items to be next 
   to each other right to left using the “field layout” functions then use a drop
   down select field for your quantities. So that you can put your fields side by
   side.
