# Using Forms

 * Hi guys,
 * When you ‘Use It’ on a Form, it only shows the Email as input.
 * Is it possible to add additional fields, such as the Firstname and Lastname?
 * I tried adding the 2 additional fields via the HTML form, however it does not
   read it.
    If not possible, can you perhaps please point me to the class that 
   is called at this URL ([https://abc.com/mailster/subscribe](https://abc.com/mailster/subscribe))?

 * Apologies, I just figured out, that it retrieves the fields from the Form configuration,
   and my ‘Test’ Form was missing the fields.
