Using Free version with Developer version?

    You can do that with AdRotate Pro and a Developer license.
    Each site admin can run their own stuff, and they can call adverts from the primary site via the site id.

    Or, you can hardcode your adverts into the theme while the admins, who can’t edit the themes, use widgets and shortcodes for the rest.

    A lot is possible 🙂
