Using FTP to upload theme

    I can’t connect to my server using my ftp. It won’t accept my site password. Should I have another password from my server to upload files?

    What do you mean by “site password”?

    Yes, when you bought your hosting package your host (supposedly) provided you with all the necessary info: how to login to site admin (WHICH IS NOT THE SAME AS THE BLOG ADMIN!) and what is the ftp info etc.
    Look for their initial email.
