 * We’ve just updated to the premium addition with groups. We have a separate workflow
   for some content that requires an extra stage of review. Is it possible to default
   the group tha they can select to ensure that it goes to the correct group?

 * The “teams” add-on will do that in conjunction with auto submit. However, we 
   are working on a “groups” add-on and adding a new feature which will allow the
   admin to pre-define the users/user groups in the workflow definition. This will
   serve your requirements.
