# Using HTTPS with WordPress

 * I’ve been trying to figure a problem out. I have a secure certificate installed
   on one of the websites I help run, WordPress is installed in a subdirectory called/
   therapy. If I browse to [https://www.domain.com/therapy](https://www.domain.com/therapy)
   the main page loads for WP, however if I try [https://www.domain.com/therapy/whatever-cool-permalink](https://www.domain.com/therapy/whatever-cool-permalink)
   WordPress throws page can’t be found, but I browse to same valid page with just
   http it loads just fine. Can someone please help with this? It’s been driving
   me crazy! =)

 * I found a soliton. The virtual host file needed to gave code added that allowed
   rewrite for https.

 * I also need to fix this issue. Also using %category%/%postname% permalinks and
   also getting a 404 – Could you expand on your solution?
