 * Im using the WPO365 | MAIL plugin to send email using Microsoft Graph Mailer.
   Its all setup and working/verifying according to the tests but emails from the
   ARMembers plugin seem to still use the WordPress SMTP mailer because the emails
   are not verified when they are being delivered.
 * Is there a way to switch it? It normally replaces it but in this instance it
   has not.

 * Hello,
 * I have checked the screenshots attached and accordingly if you are using any
   third party SMTP Mailer plugin then you can select the option WordPress Server
   at the ARMember so that the mail will then be carried by the plugin you use.
 * Certainly the error seems to occur if you have added the different configuration
   at the ARMember and on the plugin that you use so make sure that you have added
   the same email address and name at both the plugins.
 * Kindly check accordingly and let me know how it goes.
 * Thanks

 * Hi thank you for the reply. I have tested a standard contact form and this is
   working as it should but the emails from the membership plugin are still showing
   the same. Please see images – the first image is from the member plugin reset
   password link and the second is from a standard contact form outside the plugin.
   As you can see the I don’t have the same issue sending from the form. The email
   address and name are the same:
 * The link to the form is here: [https://redkitefieldarchers.co.uk/test/](https://redkitefieldarchers.co.uk/test/)
 * Not sure if this is useful but this is the link to the MS Graph plugin: [https://wordpress.org/plugins/wpo365-msgraphmailer/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/wpo365-msgraphmailer/)

 * Hello,
 * I’ve reviewed the screenshots and I checked at your site with a test user, for
   the username “armembertest”, after the registration I request for a reset password
   link through the “Forget Password Form” and received a mail, there is no such
   error at the mail kindly check screenshot URL: [https://prnt.sc/BESWsUoToc37](https://prnt.sc/BESWsUoToc37)
 * Thanks

 * Hi there, it seems to be an issue with Outlook as gmail doesn’t give the error.
   Like I said above using the standalone form doesn’t give the unverified status
   in Outlook only emails coming from the armember plugin. Im happy to have a support
   call or remote support with yourselves so you can see?
