# Using plugin Knowledge Base generates blank page

 * Hello,
    my site use Knowledge base plugin WordPress and allow the use of DK PDF.
   If I press Download PDF I get a blank page with only two words “Search for..”
   The post type is ht_kb
 * Any suggestions?
    Note that DK PDF Generator working properly and generates pdf
   of post type ht_kb

 * Sorry to add to this thread but the solution may be the same as for my problem.
 * I find that DK PDF cannot exist with plugin FooBox Image Lightbox.
 * If I deactivate FooBox Image Lightbox it works fine. If it is activated then 
   I too get a blank page. I tried, as an experiment to put the DK PDF button on
   a page with just a few words of text and I still got a blank page.

   I don’t have these premium theme and plugin for testing.
 * blank page means an error in the server so maybe the only way that I can try 
   to help you is via your server error log (you can grab it from your FTP or ask
   for it at your hosting provider), maybe there we can find the concrete error 
   that points to the root of the problem.
 * IMPORTANT: don’t copy/paste your server error here (sometimes error logs reveal
   paths and sensible information about your server), if you want that I take a

 * finally the page loaded but it takes too much time to load:
    [http://support.plancom.it/knowledge-base/utilizzo-dei-ticket/](http://support.plancom.it/knowledge-base/utilizzo-dei-ticket/)
 * first try to disable DK PDF plugin to see if it is causing that the website loads
   slow.
    if DK PDF is not the cause, then I recommend first you to look at why 
   the page is loading so slow.

 * you are right, our site has crashed.
    Now we have a new server and our site it’s
   fast. I have also upgrade DK PDF plugin but i obtain the same error. Would you
