 * When using post content only the following data appears “This is a dummy text
   to demonstration purpose. It will be replaced with the post content or excerpt”

 * Same experience here, I think it is a bug. Xpro has great potential, only if 
   the developers fixed out all the bugs first.

 * Sorry for the inconvenience dummy content just show when you edit post layout
   in theme builder, After publishing the layout it will change dynamically with
