# Using Reserved Seats function

 * Hi Malcolm,
    Not everyone wants to, or is able to, book online. I’m using Reserved
   Seats function for telephone sales orders. Tickets then have to be collected 
   from the theatre, and paid for (cash) at least two days before the performance.
   Question: (1) Is there a way to change a Reserved Seat to a Sold Seat? (2) Is
   there a way to cancel a Reservation so that the seat becomes available again?
