# Using Slider Plugin over Theme Slider

 * Hi, I am using the Blossom Health Theme.
 * As the Blossom Health Theme allows me very restricted customizations
    to the 
   slider, I want to use a Plug-In slider instead (ex. SmartSlider 3)
 * Please advice how can I can disable/remove the slider of the theme and
    use SmartSlider
   3 plugin in its place.
 * After several attempts, the plugin doesn’t seem to have effect on the theme slider.
   Please advice

 * You may need to put in a shortcode from SmartSlider 3 into your page where you
   want your SmartSlider to show up.
