Using Templates

    Good day,

    This is a wonderful plugin.

    There are 4 templates, but how to use them, cannot find any location that mentioned using any of the templates.

    Would you guide me into this?

    Thanks for using our plugin,

    Please go to the product edit page there you will get the option to add the email templates on gift card products.

    @wpswings Thanks for your answer.

    There was something wrong, there wasn’t a selection area, but now it is visible so I can choose from the templates.

    Another issue, the preview button is not showing even though that in the settings it is not disabled. What to do?

    On the other hand, I selected to the downloadable card, but nothing shows a button to download it. What do you suggest?

    Hello,

Okay great that you can add the templates now.

It seems the issue you are facing is due to the theme or third party plugin please run a test by deactivating the theme as well as third party plugin.

In the org version you will only get the gift card template in the mail. You need to save that.
We have download feature in our pro plugin.
