# Using the correct fields

 * Hello,
 * I need help with Product Feed Manager.
 * This fields are well defined, check the link:

 * When i sync this fields with google merchant, i get the following errors:
 * – Invalid value [gtin]
    – Missing value [shipping] – Invalid date and/or time[
   availability date]
 * According on google documention this fields are required. So, i added to the 
   list.
 * I checked the documentation and it looks like i should use the Pro Version to

 * I have a previous issue where i ask for support, here is again:
 *     ```

 * I have already read the google documention about policy and I can’t find the 
   problem.
 * Someone can help me? I’m trying to fix it, but it’s not being easy :/

 * Can you please send me your feed link?
 * Also, can you please give me a screenshot of any of your product’s backend where
   you’ve set the Shipping Cost and the Availability Date?
 * And regarding the GTIN issue, you see, GTIN is a unique value that is different
   for each product, but I can see that you have set the Product ID as the GTIN 
   ID – most probably you are getting the Invalid value [GTIN] warning because of
   this.
