# Using the plugin

 * First of all, the paths in this plugin are incorrect. If you install it as-is
   with the name `joom-connect-quick-ticket-lite-for-connectwise` all the file paths
   are looking for `joom-connect-quick-ticket-lite`
 * The easiest solution to this is to rename the folder inside the .zip before you
   upload it to your Plugins so that the folder structure is corrected. (the other
   solution is to edit the individual paths in code)
 * I’m still unable to successfully create a ticket in ConnectWise using this plugin
   though. I’ve gotten as far as having an email sent to myself with the form details,
   but can’t see any code related to sending info to ConnectWise.
 * Please get back to me on this.
