 * Hey there,
    I wonder if there is a way to export/import files programmatically
   from a PHP script (that will be created by myself) – I couldn’t find any api/
   documentation/example about it.
 * Using it from a developer perspective – it can be really helpful to deploy DB
   + Media (as the plugin offering manually) from development to staging environment
   using with sftp for example.

 * There is a premium addon that adds support for wp cli. There is not other way
   to call the plugin from the command line/php script.
