Using the Team Function

I’m adding our team members, and like the way the program automatically feeds the rest of the team members at the bottom of the page. HOWEVER, the bottom of the page team members are the default photos/info and I can’t find where to delete that information.

Plus, how do I add background information/description/paragraph to a team members page?
