 * I am using visual composer to build page layouts for woocommerce.
 * The bundle does not show up on the layout as not entering the bundle data.
 * Is there a way it can be entered into the visual composer at all – maybe via 
   a short code?

    this feature is already in development. The shortcodes to show bundled items
   for Bundle Product will be available in the next premium version of this plugin.

 * Thanks, but is there any other way around this, or do you have a product & bundle
   page styling plugin that will work with your Add to quote buttons, or any templates
   I can use?

    the template that prints data of Bundle products is in yith-woocommmerce-
   product-bundles/templates/single-product/add-to-cart/yith-bundle.php
