# Using wordpress databases from other server

 * Hi,
 * I would like to know is there some way to use wordpress databases from other 
   sites. I am trying to create API to one webservice that uses wordpress and I 
   would like to somehow be able to login users and to somehow then use somekind
   of authorization key to access users data.
 * Scenario would be something like this.
 * User is accessing to web page [http://www.firstpage.com](http://www.firstpage.com)
   and would like to use application that takes connection to my API.
 * User is redirected to WordPress based webservice to login to his(her) account.
 * WordPress sends somekind of authorization key to [http://www.firstpage.com](http://www.firstpage.com),
   that this application can use, to access Users data.
 * Basicly that’s it. I’ve tried to get WordPress cookies and sending them back 
   to webservice and trying to use them to access users data, but I haven’t succeed.
 * So I would be very pleased if someone could help me. If i explained this little
   hard, please ask 🙂
