 * If you are requiring wp-blog-header.php or any similar core file on your code
   page you are doing it wrong. While you are free to do what you want on your own
   site, any plugins destined for the WP repository will be summarily rejected if
   they use such techniques. Please refer to Steve’s link for proper ways to do 
   this.
