 * I have found your help page relating to the use of and setting up WP Super Cache(
   [https://www.tipsandtricks-hq.com/ecommerce/wp-shopping-cart-and-wp-super-cache-workaround-334](https://www.tipsandtricks-hq.com/ecommerce/wp-shopping-cart-and-wp-super-cache-workaround-334)).
   The screenshot you have in you instructions is out of date. It shows the need
   to tick two boxes (Don’t cache for known users and Late Init). The first of these
   option is not shown in the latest version of WP Super Cache. Your screenshot
   no longer matches the Advanced setting screen within the latest plugin.
 * Please can you advise how WP Super Cache should be set up using the latest version.

 * Thank you for reaching out to us.
 * **Number 2)** in the screenshot from the documentation shared above is now named**
   _Disable caching for logged in visitors. (Recommended)_**. Let me know if this
   helps you.
 * I also have submitted a message to the developers to edit the documentation.
 * Kind regards.

 * Hi, I have updated the documentation to include a screenshot from the new version.
   I tested it out and for me the setup worked fine. Let me know if that works for
   you:

 * [@jupiter1955](https://wordpress.org/support/users/jupiter1955/) No, please do
   not do that again. Your new duplicate topic has been archived. You can continue
   on this topic.

 * OK my bad but can you at least look at what was in it as it took me 30 minutes
   to write?
 * The bottom line is I think your instructions are incorrect and all of the details
   why are in the other (now archived) thread. Please test my site: [https://www.oldkingstonianshull.org.uk/souvenir-shop/](https://www.oldkingstonianshull.org.uk/souvenir-shop/)
   and you will see the shopping cart does not work correctly. The problem is related
   to cookies and the settings you have suggested are not correct.

 * Further information:
 * My website is currently set up with the WP Super Cache settings as you have advised
   with the option “Disable caching for logged on visitors”. With this setting,
   the shopping cart only works properly when logged into WP Admin. When not logged
   in it does not work correctly. You can try for yourself as I have left the settings
   as per your recommendation.
 * However, I have tested other options and found that using the setting “Disable
   caching for visitors who have a cookie set in their browser” the cart works correctly.

 * Hi, Many things can affect caching. So the test I did on WP Super Cache v2 probably
   worked due to the combination of plugins I had active when I did the test. I
   think the following option that you pointed out is the better option to use anyway:
 * “Disable caching for visitors who have a cookie set in their browser”
 * I did some testing with this option and it worked correctly for me. I will update
   the instructions to use this option.
