# USPS REQUEST FAILED

 * I have installed the USPS (Basic) plugin but when I go to the cart or checkout,
   the debugger shows the error: USPS REQUEST FAILED. Here is another debugger entry:

   What have I done wrong? I have been thru the documentation multiple times.
