UTC Time

    Within my Settings page, I have my UTC set to -4. When entries are made on my website, the time is correctly viewed. However, when looking at my site with the RSS reader built-in Safari, it’s showing the UTC time. So, if I post something at 1:00PM (which will display 1:00PM on my site), Safari RSS feed will show 5:00PM. Can this be fixed?
