    He could you try to remove the language files of the plugin and test again, maybe this it the reason.

    Could you try to comment out the line
    add_filter('wp_headers', array($oUserAccessManager, 'redirect'), 10, 2);
    at the
    user-access-manager.php
    file and give me feedback if it helps?
