    i am using wp 2.3.3 and trying to edit locale.php, my question is, should
   i safe the files in “UTF-8” or “UTF-8 without boom”

 * UTF-8 without bom…
 * Change the format to utf-8 without bom before making any change… Or you will 
   loose all your international characters.
