 * Don’t waste your time, if you sell products through Amazon don’t bother with 
   this plugin, you will just end up wasting your time when there are better ways
   to deal with the links you want. Amazon have no interest in supporting the plugin
   and are only interested in high volume sellers. Of course they have gone the 
   eBay route now of not helping people to improve sales hence the lack of support.
   Ultimately they are alienating their core and discouraging new vendors, makes
   no financial sense at all but this is where we are.

 * Yes I agree. Amazon associates only help the bigger websites and let them do 
   what they like with the policy..
