 * i installed the V3.
    it seems the image optimization restart with a credit of
   1 image and as previously, no magical here, it’s very slow…

 * v3 has a wet run test for new installs to make sure no firewall or other issues.
 * It will go to 200+ images in each request soon after you successfully pulled 
   the optimized image back couple times (around 3 times).
 * There is no credit limit for image optm service.

    the situation did not move at all since 18 hours
   Stuck at 14 % with a credit of 1 image i will be obliged to disabled Image optimization
