 * Everything is uptodate – I make the update – and it causes the whole site to
   drop.

 * Hi [@archiseek](https://wordpress.org/support/users/archiseek/), very sorry for
the inconvenience caused. I’d be delighted to help you resolve the issue you’ve
experienced. Could you provide more information on the support topic [here](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/important-information-for-easing-slider-v3?replies=11)?
 * I’m sure we can get this resolved quickly and have you back up and running using
   Easing Slider again 🙂

 * I’ve considered this a “5 Star” plugin for the last few years, however have had
to reinstall an old version I had download (2.1.3) as the latest update (3.0.3)
refuses to display despite my every effort (including deleting plugin and recreating
   sliders).
 * I had thought it may be something to do with png files not displaying their transparency,
however jpeg versions of the images still did not display.
 * It really has been a great plugin and I sincerely hope whatever the issues are
   they will be resolved post-haste.

 * Hi Lord Dream, sorry to hear this. The shortcode and PHP function for displaying
a slider has changed since v2.1.3. Did you try updating either or both?
 * If you can see your sliders in the admin, but they have stopped displaying entirely
on the front-end, this could be why.
