The message that you see that the table does not exist, is in fact correct. That’s the way the dbDelta method works to check if a table must be created or updated. They suppress the errors so it won’t be in your log normally unless you overwrite this by using a plugin like Query Monitor for example, which does show you this particular issue. So in this case, you can ignore the error since in my opinion, we use the method correctly and as intended, even though I agree that a table check should be in place and part of the dbDelta method. * About the user meta error, that is indeed not correct. Did you also have this message once during installation/update? Or do you see this message on every request?
