‘Validate & Save Configuration’ Button Not Working

Hi there,

I installed the plugin, and set up forced 2FA for my users. However, when reaching the last of the setup wizard (‘Almost there…’) the ‘Validate & Save Configuration’ button does not work. The cancel button works, but the button to ‘Validate & Save’ does nothing when clicked.

I’m running WP on localhost using MAMP, with Divi Theme. I tried disabling all other plugins but still have the same issue. I also tried it on a live site and encountered the same problem.

Is there anything I can try?
