# Validation doesn't work

 * Hi. I’m using your fantastic plugin. It works great but advanced validation doesn’t
   work ([http://michaelwalsh.org/blog/2013/06/advanced-validation-with-wordpress-google-form/](http://michaelwalsh.org/blog/2013/06/advanced-validation-with-wordpress-google-form/)).
   If the form is empty and I press the submit button nothing happens, the error
   message not shows and the page is reloaded. can you help me please?

 * In 99% of cases when the validation doesn’t work as expected it is due to a Javascript
   error on the page which prevents the validation jQuery script from running.
 * If you want to fill out my [Help and Support Form ](http://bit.ly/wpgform)I’ll
   take a quick look but usually you can see these sorts of errors in your browser’s
   developer tools. I prefer to use Firebug to see them but Chrome’s inspector works
   equally well.

 * I have just solved the problem. Only I have put uid='<unique text string>’ in
   each form and it works
    regards.

 * Excellent. I looked a your page last night and didn’t see anything obvious and
   was going to ask you to enable debug mode. I missed the part about multiple forms
   on a page – the uid parameter is required in this case to ensure each form is
   processed correctly and independently.
