# Values not saving

 * Hello,
 * I am using version 1.1.6 of UserMetaPro. I have WordPress 3.9.1. I know this 
   question has been asked many times on your forum, but I have tried all the suggestions
   there and still have found no answer.
 * My issue is that I can not save/delete/alter any forms – whenever I do, I receive
   a ‘0’ and the forms do not save. I have probably 15 forms in total and a total
   of c.150 fields in total.
 * I have tried:
 * – deleting cookies/cache
    – updating/rolling back plugin to different version–
   increasing values in php.ini (I currently have max_input_vars = 100000, post_max_size
   = 500M, memory_limit = 512M, max_execution_time = 300, upload_max_filesize = 
   99M) – deactivated all other plugins (UserMetaPro is the only active plugin)
 * Do you have any other suggestions?

 * OK this is interested. The free version of your software (v1.1.6) allows me to
   save. When I update to the Pro version (v1.1.6rc3), I get the same problems of
   not being able to save.
 * Any ideas?

   Please contact the plugin’s vendor directly with any questions about commercial
   products.

 * Sorry, I’m aware of that – his website is down and can see no other way to contact
   him. Will not post again until I hear a reply from plugin author.
