 * Hello,
    please i need to add variable values to a dropdown menù in my support
   ticket field. I know there is a function for a dropdown menù paired by key=>value
   is there any way do populate it with te values of an array?

 * I have kinda solved by intercepting the table WP_WPSP_CUSTOM_FIELDS and by creating
   a php script that reads the array before opening the ticket and sql updates the
   table in field_value for the dropdown record. This way the dropdown menù shows
   the properly data for the current user, but i think that the plugin laks on this
   aspect just as the capability of putting text inside the custom field that compose
   the insert ticket page (a warning example or advices).
 * one last think i can’t figure out is this json that the plugin creates:
    a:2:{
   s:8:”ABC12345″;s:8:”ABC12345″;s:6:”ABC123;s:6:”ABC123″;} why is that important
   for the plugin to know how many characters composes the custom record?
