# Variable Items

 * Is it possible to enable name your price only on certain variations of a product?
   I sell a game that can be purchased as a physical copy or digital download, and
   I want to enable it on the digital download only. Alternatively, can I set different
   minimum prices for different variations? I could set zero as the minimum price
   for digital downloads or $35 for the physical product.
 * The only option I’ve come up with so far is creating a separate product for the
   digital download, but I don’t like the idea of duplicating products.

 * For your information, it’s now only possible to set up Name Your Price at the
   product level in our plugin only. Rules at the variation level are impossible,
   unforunately.
 * You can consider setting up Name Your Price for each item as separate individual
   products, then link them together using our WPC Linked Variation [https://wordpress.org/plugins/wpc-linked-variation/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/wpc-linked-variation/)
   plugin.
