Variable product abandoned cart

    I have a WooCommerce install with 100 variable products.
    Each product has 4 attributes. Three of them are used for variations.
    The variations are general : any atrribute1 , any atrribute2 and any atrribute3. (they have the same price no metter the attributes values).

    So, if I add to cart a product (variable) with specific value for each attribute, in the abadoned cart email each attribute has “Any” value, not my selected values.

    Is there a way I can debug this. Sending test emails won`t help, because they send a dummy abandoned cart email.

    Hi,

    Thank you for explaining your issue in details.

    I have tried to replicate the issue on our staging server. I have followed the same scenario which you have described. But unfortunately, I am not able to replicate it. At our end, the abandoned cart reminder email which I have received is displaying selected attributes which I had selected for a variable product on add to the cart.

    If the abandoned cart reminder email is not displaying selected attribute which you had selected on add to the cart then I would need to check the issue on your site and fix it.

    Can you please create the Forum on below plugin’s forum page? So we can more communicate on it and fix the issue.
