# Variable Product Attribute Not Working

 * Hi,
 * When I try to export using the “Variable Product Attributes” filter, no orders
   show up. I know in another support request ([https://wordpress.org/support/topic/filter-by-product-attributes-not-working/](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/filter-by-product-attributes-not-working/))
   you recommend using “Product Taxonomy” to filter. However my product attributes
   don’t show in that section.
 * Everything in the “Variable Product Attributes” section look right, but it doesn’t
   show any results in the export preview section. Is there anything you recommend
   I do to fix this?

 * The problem was solved by using “Item meta data” filter
    ( instead of “Variable
   product attributes” filter ).
