    I’ve uploaded my reviews from another platform to Cusrev and used the “parent” product id for variants. But how do I fix som that the product reviews feed for Google is correct since they need GTIN or MPN for the specific variant in the feed and not for the “parent”?

    Hi,

    Thanks for using CusRev.

    By default, our plugin doesn’t support importing or displaying reviews of the variation products, only the variable (parent) product is supported. Also, the “parent” ID in the import file will be used if you import replies to reviews, not the reviews of the variations.

    So if we use Cusrev and have variable products we won’t be able to set up product reviews feed for Google, correct or is there a workaround to the issue?

    Hi,

    Our plugin supports displaying reviews for variable products and creating the XML feed for these reviews, but not on the variation level.

    I hope that makes sense.
