# Variable Products not Syncing

 * Hi there, my client has imported and synced her products and all of her new variation
   products do not have attributes or variations assigned – several products are
   being affected.
 * I double checked her products in square and all of the variations are set up 
   properly. There are no errors in the log or sync history relating to this. Woocommerce
   recently changed how they catalog variation products, does that have something
   to do with it? We need this sorted as soon as possible please, and can provide
   admin access if needed.

 * I’m sorry to hear that your client’s variable products aren’t syncing correctly—
   especially when there are no attributes or variations assigned. Since these are
   variable products, they’ll need at least one attribute (like size, color, or 
   any other customer-selectable option) to work properly.
 * Have you had a chance to double-check that each variation has a unique **SKU**?
   That’s important for syncing, and missing or duplicate SKUs can sometimes cause
   unexpected issues.
 * If you haven’t already, I’d recommend running a manual sync to see if any errors

 * Just a heads-up—Square only supports a single attribute for each variation. If
   your products have multiple attributes in WooCommerce, you’ll want to combine
   them into a single variation label.
 * For example, instead of having separate “Color” and “Size” attributes, you can
   merge them like this: `Black - Small`, `Blue - Large`, etc. More details on that
