# variable products not syncing correctly

 * also when viewing inside facebook shop, can no longer select which variation 
   to add to cart

 * Would you please be able to paste your system status here so I can get a better
   idea of what might be going on? You can grab it by going to:
 * **WooCommerce > Status** and clicking on **Get system report**.
 * Additionally, would you please be able to add a screenshot of the **Facebook**
   settings on that product?
 * And finally, are all variable products having this issue or just some?
